Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions
We are usually open from April to October. If you’d like to stay outside of these times, feel free to contact us to see if we can help.
For all bookings starting on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday the minimum stay is 2 nights.
You can check in from 4pm to 7pm. If you’re here earlier, feel free to drop your luggage off so you can enjoy the town while we finish getting your room ready for you. Check in after 7pm by prior arrangement only. We are unable to accept any check in after 9pm.
Check out by 11am please. We can keep your luggage safe for you after then if that helps.
A payment of one night’s stay is required as a deposit before your booking can be confirmed. To take the deposit we will need your credit / debit card details over the phone for our card payment terminal. The remaining balance of payment will be requested when you arrive for your stay with us and can be paid in cash, card or contactless.
We allow up to two adults per room. A child (aged 3+) may also be able to share the room for a supplemental fee.
If you cancel your reservation with us more than 14 days before arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If it is less than 14 days, your deposit will not be returned.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. We respectfully ask smokers to smoke outside in the garden or to take a stroll along the Boulevard when they wish to smoke.
I’m sorry but we do not allow pets.
Unfortunately, our home is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
We understand accidents can happen, but any wilful or avoidable damage to our property will need to be paid for.
